FAQS

  • Reservations are released on the first week of the month for the following month. For example, in early December, we will release reservations for January. In early January, for February, etc.

  • We are a BYOB experience, so if you would like to enjoy an alcoholic beverage during your meal, you will want to bring it with you.

    There is a $20 corkage fee for the first bottle, and if you would like to open any additional bottles within the allotted timeframe for your reservation, we will impose a $40 corkage fee per additional bottle. Please understand we will not compromise the next reservation's experience and reserve the right to deny the opening of additional bottles if time does not permit.

  • We do our best to accommodate allergies & restrictions. However, we highly encourage you to email us at info@tatemohtx.com before booking to ensure we will be able to accommodate your specific case prior to making a reservation. We cannot accommodate any restrictions or allergies not communicated to us at least 72 hours in advance, and adding a note to your reservation does not guarantee accommodation. Please read below regarding gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and dairy-free diets.

    Gluten: We do our best to accommodate all allergies, but we highly recommend emailing us before booking to discuss the severity of your allergy. We cannot accommodate celiac-level allergies due to the risk of cross-contamination with ingredients containing gluten and a shared fryer.

    Vegetarians: We can absolutely accommodate vegetarian diets as long as the diner eats dairy (we cannot accommodate Vegans). Once you book your reservation, you will be able to notate your dietary restrictions during our pre-visit questionnaire.

    Dairy: We do our best to accommodate allergies & restrictions; however, we highly encourage you to email us prior to booking to ensure we will be able to accommodate your specific case prior to making a reservation. We cannot accommodate any restrictions or allergies not communicated to us at least 72 hours in advance, and adding a note to your reservation does not guarantee accommodation.

  • Our Tasting Menu experiences require a reservation in advance;
    we do not accept walk-ins.

  • Due to the nature of our Tasting Menu experience, we do not allow children under the age of 13, and we do not offer a kids’ menu.

  • Reservations for Tatemó are non-refundable & non-transferable to a future date. However, they are always transferable to another Guest to receive a full refund through Tock.

  • Unfortunately we cannot accommodate multiple parties together. Due to the size and configuration of our space, our maximum party size is 4. Our reservations are booked specifically to table-sizes, so if you book at the same time or a similar time as other friends, you will not be able to sit together and we cannot guarantee you will sit near each other. If you would like to inquire about a larger party size, please email us directly at info@tatemohtx.com.
